Submit the form for the product you would like to order on the Products page.

After the form is submitted you will receive an intake from via email within 4 hours if the form is submitted M-F 8-5.

After the intake form is submitted you will receive a message from the doctor introducing themselves.

If this is your first order and you are currently on a GLP1 they will request a picture of your current prescription to verify the dosage.

After all their questions are answered they will either approve or deny your order.

If the order is approved it will be submitted to the pharmacy after payment has been received.

A separate request for payment will be requested after the order form is received. The order will not be submitted to the pharmacy until payment has been made.

An intake form is required for every order

‍ ‍This is not a subscription so if you don’t order or submit another intake form you will not be billed

During the intake form process you can add a message to the doctor that you’d like to increase or decrease your dosage.

If you forget to do it during the intake form process you will receive a message from the doctor via email where you will have another opportunity to request a change to the dosage.

Dosage is at the discretion of the doctor.
